Abstract
With the maturity of the stable combustion technology of inferior fuel in boilers,small-scale power generation units such as waste incineration environmental protection power stations in China expand rapidly.During the operation of environmental protection power stations,problems such as leakage in four tubes and salt accumulation in steam turbines caused by the deterioration of water va-por quality occur frequently.One of the main reasons is that the physical and chemical indicators of water sources,mainly urban re-claimed water,fluctuate greatly,and it is difficult for online chemical instruments to accurately reflect the deterioration of water vapor.A survey of eight environmental protection power stations in Shandong,Jiangsu and other places shows that the average accuracy rate of over 160 online chemical instruments is only 64.60%,and the reliability of the online water vapor monitoring system is weak.It sorts out the common problems and put forward targeted suggestions,providing certain references for relevant enterprises and institutions to improve such problems.关键词
