彩超与磁共振成像在胎盘植入诊断中的应用效能比较

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of placenta accreta and to compare it with color Doppler ultrasound imaging(CDI)Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 152 suspected cases of placenta accreta admitted to Ningde Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from January 2017 to January 2024.All pregnant women underwent CDI and MRI examinations before delivery,with surgical or tissue pathological results serving as the gold standard.Results:Among the 152 pregnant women,101 cases(66.45%)were confirmed to have placenta accreta by surgery or tissue pathology.MRI demonstrated higher diagnostic sensitivity(97.03%)and accuracy(96.05%)for placenta accreta than CDI(84.16%and 88.16%,respectively).Particularly in the diagnosis of posterior wall placenta accreta,MRI exhibited higher sensitivity and accuracy(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI has high sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of placenta accreta,and is especially superior to CDI in the diagnosis of posterior wall placenta accreta,providing a more reliable diagnostic means for clinical practice.关键词
