中青年正常高值血压患者血管彩超参数与其心功能相关性分析
Correlation Analysis of Carotid Artery Structure,Elastic Function Parameters and Cardiac Function in Young and Middle-aged Patients with High Normal Blood Pressure Assessed by Color Doppler Ultrasound

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the expression characteristics of vascular parameters assessed by color Doppler ultrasound in young and middle-aged adults with high normal blood pressure and to explore their correlation with cardiac function.Methods:Patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected,including 70 patients in the prehypertensive group(33 in stage Ⅰ and 37 in stage Ⅱ),68 patients in the hypertensive group,and 70 healthy controls.Carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)and vascular elasticity parameters(CC,DC,α,β,PWV)were measured,along with cardiac parameters such as LVEDD,LVPWT,IVST,LVEF,LVM,and LVMI.Plasma levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C were also compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to assess the relationship between vascular parameters and cardiac function in the prehypertensive group.Results:There were no significant differences in age,sex,blood glucose,BMI,smoking history,or plasma lipid levels among the groups(P>0.05).Blood pressure,IMT,and vascular elasticity parameters(α,β,PWV)were higher in the hypertensive and prehypertensive groups than in the control group,and these parameters were further increased in the hypertensive group and stage Ⅱ prehypertensive group compared to the stage Ⅰ prehypertensive group(P<0.05).CC,DC,E/A,and LVEF were lower in the hypertensive and prehypertensive groups compared to the control group,with further decreases in the hypertensive group and stage Ⅱ prehypertensive group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that IMT,α,β,and PWV were positively correlated with blood pressure,IVRT,DT,LVEDD,and LVMI,and negatively correlated with E/A and LVEF.CC and DC were negatively correlated with blood pressure,IVRT,DT,LVEDD,and LVMI,but positively correlated with E/A and LVEF(P<0.01).Conclusion:Our findings suggest that vascular parameters assessed by color Doppler ultrasound in young and middle-aged adults with high normal blood pressure are characterized by increased IMT and vascular elasticity indices,decreased vascular dilatation ability and compliance,and these parameters are correlated with changes in cardiac function.These results may have implications for early cardiovascular disease prevention and management in this population.关键词
