Abstract
Based on the engineering experience from major spacecraft programs in the aerospace sector,this study focuses on five critical stages of the mission lifecycle including design,integra-tion,verification,evaluation,and execution.The concept of mission reliability is introduced,which is composed of design reliability,integration reliability,verification reliability,evaluation reliability,and execution reliability.A manned spacecraft systems engineering technology and management method is designed to achieve design reliability through a digital-enabled dual-cycle rapid iteration process,integration reliability via an operation risk classification and validation matrix,verification reliability through intelligent testing models,assesses reliability via system-atic review and reliability evaluation,and execution reliability through modular task organization and comprehensive contingency plan design.This methodology reconciles the inherent contradic-tions between stringent reliability requirements,high-density task demands,and tight resource constraints,and has enabled the consecutive successes of major manned spacecraft mission,re-presented by the Shenzhou spacecraft.关键词
