Abstract
In response to the exponential growth in the development workload and mission de-mands of the Shenzhou manned spacecraft during the China space station phase,an integrated ap-proach to the five transformations-productization,digitization,localization,scale-oriented pro-duction,and techno-economic integration-has been explored to high reliability,high efficiency and enhanced overall mission performance.Productization focuses on the selection of shelf-type standardized products and unified configurations.Digitization establishes development-support models and full-mission simulation models.In terms of localization,the primary effort lies in substituting imported components with domestically manufactured alternatives.For scale-oriented production,the focus is on establishing a batch-production mode adapted to normalized,high-density mission requirements,as well as efficient launch,return and recovery task modes.Re-garding techno-economic integration,key measures include streamlining and reducing testing and verification activities,standardizing and sharing ground equipment,and optimizing and shortening both development and mission processes,thereby enabling the workforce and reducing personnel demands.The results demonstrate that,through the integrated implementation of the five trans-formations,the development and mission modes of the Shenzhou manned spacecraft significantly improve product quality and autonomous controllability,enhance development and operational ef-ficiency,increase human-resource efficiency,reduce costs,and ensure the reliable and efficient execution of high-density missions during the China space station phase,thereby yielding compre-hensive overall benefits.关键词
