摘要

Abstract

To address the design requirements of satellite payload systems for scale-oriented pro-duction,key design technologies for scalable payload systems are proposed in this study.A func-tional modular design approach is adopted,and standardized interfaces including mechanical,power supply,and data interfaces are defined for each module category.Standardized test access interfaces and automated testing systems are further employed to ensure quality consistency and high-throughput efficiency during scale-oriented manufacturing.Furthermore,considering the maintainability of batch-produced satellite payloads in orbit,an on-orbit reconfiguration concept is proposed,encompassing parameter-level,software-level,and firmware-level reconfiguration.This study provides design insights for developing efficient,agile,and reliable payload systems suitable for scale-oriented satellite production.
