天河泵站流道数值模拟及装置模型试验
Numerical analysis and experimental model study of flow passages in the Tianhe pumping station

Abstract
The paper employed 3D turbulent numerical simulation techniques to comprehensively analyze the hydraulic performance characteristics and internal flow patterns of the inlet and outlet flow passages of the Tianhe pumping station,with the aim of providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing the hydraulic performance of the flow passage structures.Experimental model tests of the pump system were also performed to verify its real-world hydraulic performance,ensuring the safe and stable operation and energy efficiency improvement of Tianhe pumping station.The results showed that the station's elbow-shaped inlet passage exhibits excellent hydrodynamic performance,effectively improving the flow uniformity at the impeller inlet.The flow within the straight-curved outlet passage achieved the intended orderly turning and smooth diffusion,conforming to hydraulic design specifications.The hydraulic losses for both passages were maintained at a low level,meeting the stability requirements of the pump system.The design operating condition point was situated near a blade placement angle of-2°,and the system demonstrates high operational efficiency within the working range from the design head of 3.72 m to the maximum head of 4.87 m.关键词
