Abstract
In response to the problem of most mountainous rivers channel in northern China being nearly dry during the dry season and prone to flash floods during the wet season,traditional river management methods are unable to address the overly fragile river ecosystem.Taking the Yudai river in Wuan City,Hebei Province,where water environment issues are particularly prominent,as the research object,in accordance with the"Guiding Opinions on Reviving River and Lake Ecological Environment"and the"Implementation Plan for Reviving River and Lake Ecological Environment during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period"issued by the Ministry of Water Resources of the People's Republic of China,a comprehensive river management plan that includes flood control,water ecological restoration,water quality guarantee,and water landscape construction is proposed to address the existing problems of the river.The implementation of the plan is expected to significantly reduce flood risks,improve the hydrodynamic conditions of rivers and lakes,enhance the water environment capacity,and strengthen the self-purification ability of the river.While protecting aquatic biodiversity and enhancing the water landscape along the riverbanks,it will also help eliminate urban black and odorous rivers,creating better living conditions for residents and providing high-quality resources for social production by enterprises.This can serve as a valuable reference for similar comprehensive river regulation efforts in northern mountainous regions.关键词
