摘要

Abstract

In view of the current lack of awareness of water intrusion at the end of the cable,as well as the lack of professional cable end sealing equipment and technology,the sealing quality of the cable end is poor.Experimental platform of water absorption and dehumidification of cable materials is built,and water absorption characteristics of cable materials at different temperature and humidity are studied.The results show that the synergistic enhancement effect of temperature and humidity on the water absorption of XLPE materials.In the high humidity environment,the water absorption of the filled layer shows a significant increasing trend,and the saturated water absorption reaches 0.76%.The vacuum dehumidification test is carried out,and the moisture dehumidification characteristics of XLPE cable materials under different temperature and vacuum are mastered.The results show that the dehumidification effect at 90℃can reach more than 60%,no matter in high vacuum or low vacuum.Intelligent sealing device for cable end is developed,and the sealing effect is verified.The results verifies that the device can significantly improve the moisture-proof performance of the cable end and ensure the stability and reliability of the cable in the harsh environment.
