Abstract
Aiming at the inherent chattering and phase delay problems existing in the traditional sliding mode observer(SMO),considering the influence of the sliding mode gain coefficient and the boundary layer thickness of the control function on the system performance,a sensorless control method for permanent magnet synchronous motors based on the improved sliding mode observer is proposed.The continuous Sigmoid function is adopted as the sliding mode control function.The sliding mode gain coefficient is adaptively adjusted by introducing rotational speed feedback.A variable boundary layer sliding mode controller based on fuzzy control is proposed to achieve real-time online tuning of the boundary layer thickness of the control function,smooth switching of the sliding mode surface,and reduce chattering.Furthermore,due to the fixed-parameter PI rotational speed loop,the system has problems such as large overshoot and inaccurate parameter tuning.A fuzzy PI controller is designed to achieve online real-time adjustment of the proportional and integral coefficients,and improve the dynamic performance of the system.The simulation results show that,compared with the traditional SMO control method,the method proposed in this paper can effectively estimate the rotor position and speed of the motor under sudden changes in motor speed and torque.The system speed error is reduced from 10 r/min to 5 r/min,a reduction of 50%,and the rotor position error is reduced from-1.5 rad to 0.35 rad.It has good dynamic performance.Reducing the phase delay has improved the estimation accuracy of the rotor position,verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
