摘要

Abstract

Insulation performance testing and fault diagnosis technology for high and low voltage complete electrical equipment is analyzed to address the application limitations of traditional testing methods under complex operating conditions.By analyzing the characteristics,main fault types and hazards of insulation materials,systematic introduction is given on insulation resistance detection,partial discharge detection,dielectric loss angle tangent measurement,ultrasonic detection,optical detection,pulse current detection,high frequency current transformer detection and UHF detection and other detection methods.On this basis,advanced fault diagnosis technology based on signal analysis,artificial intelligence and multi-sensor fusion is proposed,and its effectiveness is verified by practical cases.The research results show that the comprehensive diagnosis technology based on multi-sensor fusion can significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of fault detection,reduce the number of equipment trips,reduce maintenance costs,and improve the reliability of equipment operation.The research provides theoretical basis and practical reference for optimizing insulation performance detection and fault diagnosis of complete sets of high and low voltage electrical equipment,and has important engineering application value.
