家庭生产视角下城镇女性劳动者延退决策研究
Research on Decision of Urban Female Workers to Postpone Retirement from the Perspective of Family Production

Abstract
Based on the theory of family production,the time of female workers will be allocated among market work,retire-ment leisure and family production after retirement when female workers make decision of retirement.Theoretically,the influ-ence of family production on the endogenous retirement decision of female workers is manifested as income effect and substitu-tion effect,and ultimately depends on the balance of the two effects.Different from the traditional theory of optimal retire-ment,after considering the family production,a woman's optimal retirement decisions can be expressed as"a multi-stage optimization process with feedback",and the family production constitute the key factor influencing the female workers'en-dogenous decision to postpone retirement.The empirical analysis based on CHARLS data shows that family production signifi-cantly affects the decision of urban female workers to postpone retirement,with marital satisfaction and intergenerational up-bringing significantly inhibiting their decision to postpone retirement;Family production factors significantly suppress the in-fluence effects of economic factors and work characteristics,while leisure factors do not have significant effects.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively implement the voluntary and flexible principles of the new retirement policy,in order to promote the incentive compatibility between individual female workers and national policies,and comprehensively weigh the conflict be-tween market work and family production of female workers,and to promote the effectiveness and feasibility of the postpone retirement policy of female workrs through policies and projects such as socialized family support and fair employment..关键词
