摘要

Abstract

[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the distribution of Aspergillus flavus in the planting soil of the major peanut growing regions in Fujian Province,as well as the contamina tion of A.flavus toxin in post-harvest peanuts.[Method]40 soil samples and 77 peanut samples were collected from four peanut-growing regions in Fujian Province,namely,Fuqing(Eastern Fujian),Longyan(Western Fujian),Nanping(Northern Fujian),and Quanzhou(Southern Fujian).The soil samples underwent separate procedures for the isolation and identification of A.flavus through morphological and molecular systematics,and the peanut samples for the detection of aflatoxins by using Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.[Result]The average A.flavus colony count in cultivation soils across Fujian Province's peanut-growing regions was 24 CFU/g,with levels decreasing in the following order:Quanzhou,Nanping,Fuqing and Longyan.These values were markedly lower than th at recorded in most domestic peanut-producing areas.Post-harvest peanut samples from Quanzhou yielded aflatoxin types AFB₁and AFB₂,with AFB₁ being the predominant toxin,neither AFG₁ nor AFG₂ was detected.[Conclusion]This study indicates that the safety hazards of A.flavus in the planting soil of peanut-growing areas in Fujian Province are relatively low,but the prevention and control of A.flavus and aflatoxins in post-harvest peanuts during storage still need to be taken seriously.
