摘要

Abstract

[Objective]This study aimed to identify the main pathogens of Camellia oleifera anthracnose,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific prevention and control of this disease.[Method]Pathogens were isolated and identified from diseased leaf samples collected from the Ca.oleifera planting base of Jiangxi Agricultural University in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province.Morphological and molecular biological methods were used,combining the colony morphology of pathogens,conidium morphology,multi-phylogenetic tree analysis,and pathogenicity tests to clarify the species of pathogens.[Result]Based on the gene sequence analysis of ACT(actin),GAPDH(glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase),ITS(internal transcribed spacer)and morphological identification,the pathogens causing Ca.oleifera anthracnose were determined to be Colletotrichum fructicola and Colletotrichum siamense.[Conclusion]This study confirmed that the pathogens responsible for anthracnose in the Ca.oleifera planting area of Jiangxi Agricultural University in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province,were C.fructicola and C.siamense.The results provide a theoretical foundation for the subsequent comprehensive prevention and control of this disease.
