毛竹林解钾细菌的抗生素抗性筛选及定殖效果研究
Screening for antibiotic marker and colonization capacity of potassium-solubilizing bacteria in Phyllostachys edulis forest soil

Abstract
[Objective]This study was conducted to screen for antibiotic resistance markers suitable for the colonization tracking and to evaluate the colonization ability of potent potassium-solubilizing bacteria(KSB)in the rhizosphere soil of moso bamboo(Phyllostachys edulis).[Method]Twenty-seven KSB strains were screened for resistance to ampicillin,kanamycin,spectinomycin and rifampicin.The colonization capacity of selected resistant strains was then assessed in both sterilized and non-sterilized moso bamboo forest soil.[Result]Among the tested strains,eleven strains exhibited resistance to at least one of the four antibiotics,while nine were susceptible to all.The resistance frequency was highest for spectinomycin(62.96%)and lowest for kanamycin(40.74%).The strains BF69(high resistance to spectinomycin)and NR33(high resistance to both ampicillin and spectinomycin)were selected for further study.In sterilized soil,the population of BF69 peaked at 30 days(2.37×1010 CFU/g dry soil)but was significantly lower than that of NR33 by day 60.Importantly,in non-sterilized soil,both strains successfully colonized the soil and persisted for over six months.[Conclusion]KSB strains BF69 and NR33 possess strong intrinsic antibiotic resistance and superior colonization capabilities.This intrinsic resistance serves as an effective marker for rapid identification and monitoring of KSB in moso bamboo soil,providing a strong foundation for their future application as microbial inoculants.关键词
