摘要

Abstract

[Objective]This study was conducted to screen safe and effective botanical fungicides for controlling tobacco black shank diseases.[Method]The bacteriostatic activity of three plant-derived preparations against tobacco black shank was determined by the mycelium growth rate method.[Result]The results showed that,compared with the clear water control(T14),the mycelial growth inhibition rates of five-fold extracts of Chinese herbal medicines such as Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Astragali and Rhizoma Coptidis ranged from 36.33%to 55.45%,with significant differences.The colony diameters of 50-fold solutions of T13,T1,T3,T2 and T14 were between 1.93 cm and 6.20 cm in 3 days,and the inhibition rates of mycelium growth were between 16.33%and in 5 days among which there was a significant difference between T13 and T2 treatments.[Conclusion]The extracts of Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Astragali and Rhizoma Coptidis,as well as the plant-derived preparations prepared by their synergists and stabilizers,have certain inhibitory effects on the pathogen of black shank,among which the chemical agents(72%wettable powder of manganese zinc methoxide)and plant-derived preparations(Rhizoma Coptidis 93%+H201 methyl silicone oil 6%+epichlorohydrin 1%)have obvious antibacterial effects.
