Abstract

As an important single unit of payload,the electric control box of Gamma ray transient source monitor needs to meet the design requirements of the anti-mechanical environment of rocket-launch-related specifications.The electric control box is a closed box structure,and it is not convenient to install the mechanical measurement point inside during the ground mechanics test,so it is necessary to evaluate the mechanical properties and analyze the influencing factors through finite element analysis,and provide guidance for improving the design and ground test scheme.Based on the analysis of the mechanical resistance of the initial scheme of the monitor,the influence of size parameters on the bending stiffness of thin plate and frame stiffener structures,and the influence of boundary constraints on the mechanical resistance of frame structures are explored.The results show that increasing the thickness of the sheet and the height of the stiffeners only improve the bending stiffness of the structure,and changing the boundary constraint can significantly improve the mechanical resistance.On this basis,the design of the electric control box is improved,and the structure of the electric control box that meets the requirements of mechanical resistance is obtained.The finite element simulation results of flying parts are in good agreement with the ground mechanics test results,and the research methods and results provide reference and guidance for the design of the anti-mechanical environment of similar problems.
