基于国标的民用无人机机体结构分析与试验验证
Analysis and Experimental Verification of Civilian Drone Airframe Structure Based on National Standards

Abstract
With the rapid development and wide application of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)technology,the issue of UAV safety has drawn much attention.To carry out research on the airframe structure safety project of civil UAVs,analysis and experimental research are conducted from the aspects of the structure,materials,and design of civil UAVs.The common types of airframe structure materials,the characteristics of various materials,the main application scenarios,and the selection principles of airframe structures are summarized.The limitations of existing materials and the future development trends are pointed out.National standards for civil UAVs are thoroughly analyzed,and the requirements and testing methods for UAV airframe structure projects are provided with a detailed interpretation.Ten typical UAV samples of different types are selected.In accordance with the requirements of national standards,tests are conducted on the sharp edge control of UAV structures,blade materials,blade type designs,and blade protection devices,and the results are summarized and compared.The results show that the blades of all UAV samples are made of composite materials,which account for a relatively high proportion among the airframe structure materials of civil UAVs.All 10 UAV samples tested in this study meet the requirements for the matrix structure in the standard GB 42590-2023,with a test pass rate of 100%.关键词
