银杏叶胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察
Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Ginkgo Biloba Capsules Combined with Trametazidine Sustained-release Tablets in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy analysis of Ginkgo Biloba Capsules combined with Trametazidine Sustained-release Tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris(AP)in coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of 98 CHD-AP patients treated at Jiujiang Third People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were divided into two groups using random number method,with 49 patients in the control group and 49 patients in the observation group.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,while the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Capsules on the above treatments.The clinical efficacy,incidence of angina pectoris,inflammation and oxidative stress reactions,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.88%,which was higher than the control group's 79.59%,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration and frequency of angina attacks in both groups decreased,and the observation group showed better improvement than the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,CRP,and IL-6 levels decreased in both groups,and the observation group had significantly lower levels of TNF-α,CRP,and IL-6 compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,T-AOC and SOD increased and MDA decreased in both groups,and the improvement of T-AOC,SOD,and MDA in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.20%(5/49),slightly higher than that in the control group at 4.82%(2/49),but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Ginkgo Biloba Capsules and Trimetazidine Sustained-release Tablets can alleviate inflammation and oxidative stress in patients with CHD-AP,improve angina attacks,enhance treatment efficacy,and have good safety.关键词
