金振口服液联合沐舒坦对支气管肺炎患儿免疫球蛋白水平及微炎症状态的影响
Effects of Jinzhen Oral Liquid Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride on Immunoglobulin Levels and Microinflammatory State in Children with Bronchopneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Jinzhen Oral Liquid on immunoglobulin(Ig)levels and microinflammatory state in children with bronchopneumonia(BP).Methods:A total of 87 children with BP admitted to Fuzhou Maternity and Child Care Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were enrolled and divided into a control group(44 cases)and an observation group(43 cases)using the random number table method.Both groups were given conventional treatments including anti-infection,anti-asthma,antitussive and antipyretic therapy.The control group was treated with Mucosolvan,while the observation group was additionally administered Jinzhen Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group,with both groups receiving continuous treatment for 5 days.The symptom improvement time,lung function,Ig levels and microinflammatory state were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement time of shortness of breath,expectoration,pulmonary signs and cough as well as the antipyretic time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),IgA,IgG and IgM levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of interleukin(IL)-8,IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those in the control group.The differences in all the above indicators between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with Mucosolvan in the treatment of children with BP can effectively regulate immune function,alleviate microinflammatory state,improve lung function and shorten the symptom improvement time.关键词
