甘蓝型油菜新品系'湘杂油410'耐盐性评价
Assessment of Salt Tolerance in the High-Oil Brassica napus Variety'Xiangzayou 410'

Abstract
'Xiangzayou 410',a new high-oil hybrid of Brassica napus developed by the College of Agronomy at Hunan Agricultural University,demonstrated strong salt tolerance in germination tests under salt stress.To further verify its salt tolerance,this study planted'Xiangzayou 410'in coastal saline-alkali experimental fields in Zhoushan City and Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province,2024.The results showed that in Zhoushan,the seedling emergence rate of'Xiangzayou 410'was 52.35%,which had no significant difference from that of the control variety'Ningza 811',while the seed yield of'Xiangzayou 410'increased by 4.93%over that of'Ningza 811'.In Wenzhou,the seedling emergence rate of'Xiangzayou 410'was 58.09%,also showing no significant difference from that of'Ningza 811',while its seed yield was 120.08 kg/667m2,a decrease of 3.01%compared with that of'Ningza 811'.Comprehensively,'Xiangzayou 410'demonstrated comparable salt tolerance to'Ningza 811',being suitable for demonstration and promotion in the coastal saline-alkali farmland in Zhejiang.关键词
