穴位埋线联合中药减脂代茶饮治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment with Simple Obesity of Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Obstruction Type by Acupoint Embedding,Thread Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fat Reduction and Tea Substitute

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Chinese herbal weight-loss tea in the treatment of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction type,and to provide clinical evidence for the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of obesity with this pattern.Methods:A total of 120 patients with simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction type from Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,enrolled from January to September 2025,were randomized into a random number table into three groups(n=40 each):the combination group(acupoint catgut embedding,plus Chinese herbal weight-loss tea),the catgut embedding group(acupoint catgut embedding,alone),and the tea group(Chinese herbal weight-loss tea alone).All three groups received concomitant daily management interventions and were treated for 2 courses of treatment(60 d).Obesity-related indices(body weight,body mass index,body fat percentage,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,arm circumference,thigh circumference),lipid metabolism parameters(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C),and TCM syndrome scores were compared before and after treatment.The total clinical effectiveness rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were also recorded.Results:After 2 courses of treatment(60 d),all three groups showed significant reductions in body weight,body mass index,body fat percentage,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,arm circumference,thigh circumference,TCM syndrome scores,and levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,alongside a significant increase in HDL-C levels(P<0.01).The improvement in all these indices was significantly greater in the combination group compared to the other two groups(P<0.01).The total clinical effectiveness rate in the combination group was 97.5%,significantly higher than 85.0%in the catgut embedding,group and 62.5%in the tea group(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among,the three groups(P>0.05).The main adverse reactions were local pain and mild induration,all of which resolved spontaneously.Conclusion:For simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction type,the combination of acupoint catgut embedding,and Chinese herbal weight-loss tea synergistically improves body composition parameters and lipid metabolism,enhances the therapeutic effect of fortifying,the spleen and dispelling,dampness,demonstrates superior efficacy compared to either monotherapy,and exhibits a favorable safety profile.关键词
