湖南早春马铃薯品种比较试验
Comparison of Early Spring Potato Varieties in Hunan Province

Abstract
To screen the early-maturing,high-quality,and high-yield potato varieties suitable for early spring cultivation in Hunan Province,a comparative experiment was conducted for 27 early-maturing potato varieties including'Emalingshu 3','Huashu 1','Dongnong 312'etc.in Liling City,Hunan Province.The results showed that five varieties including'Jizhangshu 8','Emalingshu 14'etc.had the plant height exceeding 56 cm.'Zhongshu 5'had the highest tuber weight per plant.'Jizhangshu 12','Zhongshu 5',and'Xingjia 2'had higher single tuber weight.The commercial potato rates of 8 varieties including'Xingjia 2','Jizhangshu 12','Jizhangshu 20'etc.were higher(>90%).'Jizhangshu 12','Xingjia 2','Kexin 1',and'Jizhangshu 20'had high yields,which increased by more than 30%compared with that of the control.'Jizhangshu 20'and'Huashu 1'showed higher comprehensive scores(≥15 points)of the taste quality.Overall,'Xingjia 2'with a high yield,a high commercial potato rate,and high comparable benefits was suitable for early spring cultivation in Hunan.'Jizhangshu 20'with a high yield and a high commercial potato rate had the highest comprehensive score when being consumed as fresh potatoes,serving as a high-quality table potato variety.Although'Jizhangshu 12'performed well in multiple indicators,it had potential safety hazards due to its shallow tuber formation and easy production of solanine,and thus attention should be paid to soil cultivation or black film mulching during cultivation.关键词
