摘要

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,industrial parks,as important units for low-carbon transformation,are significantly affected by the decisions made during the planning and design stages in terms of their life-cycle carbon emissions.However,the existing evaluation systems for low-carbon parks are mostly certification-oriented rather than design-oriented,and they lack quantitative guidelines for the elements in the planning stage.To address the issue of the disconnection between planning and evaluation,this paper proposes a low-carbon decision-making framework for the planning and design phase of the park,which includes:(1)constructing a low-carbon evaluation index system oriented towards planning and design,covering five systems:buildings,ecology,infrastructure,transportation,and energy;(2)proposing a standardized design method and constructing a guideline for design optimization corresponding to the index system;(3)developing a lightweight carbon estimation and optimization tool to achieve rapid feedback from drawing analysis to strategy recommendation.This framework can provide quantitative and operable low-carbon decision-making support in the early stage of design.
