摘要

Abstract

Curriculum-based ideological and political education serves as a significant approach to ideological and political education in the new era.As a comprehensive foundational curriculum,junior high school science encompasses rich educational elements,and integrating ideological and political education into science courses contributes to fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.Grounded in core competencies and aligned with national educational policies,this study refines the ideological and political objectives of junior high school science into four dimensions:political identity,moral integrity,scientific spirit,and civic engagement.By exploring ideological and political resources from five perspectives—history of science,scientific inquiry,Chinese culture,production and daily life,and cutting-edge technologies—this research proposes practical strategies for deep integration.Guided by these objectives,the study employs scientific knowledge as a scaffold,practical activities as a vehicle,and process-oriented evaluation as a safeguard.Teaching methodologies such as simulated exercises,museum-based research activities,project-based learning,and issue-based discussions are utilized to establish effective pathways for merging science education with ideological and political education.The ultimate goal is to achieve the dual objectives of enhancing teaching quality and nurturing holistic student development.
