低透气性煤层增透深孔松动爆破关键技术研究
Research on key technology of deep hole loose blasting in low permeability coal seam

Abstract
The coal seam of Zhongmacun Mine in Jiaozuo Mining Area is characterized by high gas con-tent and low permeability.When using deep hole loose blasting to increase permeability,it is necessary to fully consider the charging method and blasting hole spacing to improve the permeability effect.Therefore,through theoretical analysis of the effect of explosion stress wave and gas static pressure on fracture zone,numerical simulation of deep hole loose blasting charging parameters and field test,the application effect of key technology of deep hole loose blasting in 3901(upper)working face of Zhong-macun Coal Mine is discussed.The results showed that the decrease of the uncoupling coefficient in-creased the density of cracks in the fracture zone,and a penetrating fracture surface was generated be-tween the auxiliary hole and the blasting hole to improve the anti-reflection effect of blasting.The opti-mal spacing between the blasting hole and the auxiliary hole was 4 m.The blasting effect was the worst when the single cartridge charge was used,and the blasting effect was obviously improved when the large diameter cartridge(90 mm)or the three-volume parallel charge was used.The amount of coal per meter can reach 0.6~0.7 t/m,and the reference line charge density was 1.01 kg/m.Loose blasting increased the fracture range of coal body in a certain range,and the anti-reflection effect of blasting was mainly in the junction of coal and rock to improve the permeability effect of coal body.From the point of view of the efficiency of blasting coal washing,the amount of coal washing per meter of drilling has increased,and the deep hole loose blasting technology can play a certain role in improving the permea-bility of coal seam.关键词
