Abstract

In order to further enhance the availability of 220 ton mining electric drive dump truck and improve the efficiency of its supporting 5GEB25 electric wheel's independent repair,and ensure the quality of major repair,a comprehensive analysis is conducted based on the technical challenges encountered during recent independent maintenance and the deficiencies of existing maintenance methods.Through continuous exploration of new maintenance standards,guided by the principles of optimizing independent maintenance processes and extending the service life of components,an independent research is conducted to develop a disassembly process for 5GEB25 electric wheel's hub bearing.This process has reduced the damage rate of the hub and ensured the quality of the independent major repair.The results show that this disassembly process can reduce the time required to disassemble a single hub decreasing from 40 min to 10 min,decrease the number of maintenance technicians from 3 to 1,and lower the hub damage rate caused by disassembly process from 60%to 10%.Through optimizing disassembly process,the disassembly of a single hub can save cost of 180,000 yuan,further improving the disassembly efficiency.
