摘要
Abstract
In response to the issues of damage to the rubber rollers of the rope protection frame,breakage of anchor bolts,and frequent damage to the scoop rod due to high-speed movement in 2800XPB electric shovel,this article proposes new type large rope protection frame,analyzes the advantages of the modified rope protection frame,and tests the modified rope protection frame on the machine.The article conducts the statistical and comparative analysis of the downtime caused by the failure of the rope protection frame before and after the renovation.The results show that the redesigned rope protection frame reduces failure time,decreases maintenance costs and spare parts usage expenses,enhances safety production,promotes waste utilization,and mitigates environmental pollution.关键词
