Research on unsafe behaviors control in open-pit coal mine blasting alert
摘要
Abstract
In order to reduce the safety risk caused by the unsafe behavior of blasting alert in open-pit coal mine,based on the safety inspection data,the article counts unsafe behavior in blasting alert work,studies the causes and risks of unsafe behavior in blasting alert work,and presents the method of controlling unsafe behavior in blasting alert.The results show that the unsafe behaviors of blasting alert can be divided into 4 categories and 32 behaviors.The main reasons for the unsafe behavior of alert are unreasonable blasting design,non-standard on-site management,inadequate management of relevant parties,and insufficient preparation of vigilance tools.Among them,the unsafe behaviors caused by non-standard on-site management account for the largest proportion,56%.Based on the causes of unsafe behaviors in blasting alert,the article proposes systematically control powder charge and the unsafe behaviors in initiation detonation alert from six aspects,including standardizing the blasting design,promoting the standardization of blasting alert,strengthening the management of blasting operation sites,strengthening the management of relevant parties,optimizing the preparation of alert tools,and strictly supervising and inspecting blasting alert.关键词
