Abstract
In order to improve the safety management level of outsourced contractors in Heishan Open-pit Mine,this article analyzes the prominent problems and causes of outsourced contractors safety management,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.There are deficiencies in safety education and training,responsibility implementation,site management and safety input of outsourcing contractors,leading to frequent accidents.By strengthening safety education and training,improving safety production responsibility system,strengthening on-site safety management,increasing safety investment and optimizing supervision mechanism,it can not only improve the safety management level of outsourcing contractors,but also provide a strong guarantee for mine safety production and effectively reduce accident risks.关键词
