Abstract
Uterine fibroids are common benign tumors in women,and modern medical treatment has problems such as high recurrence rate and significant side effects.The theory of"where there are hard masses,there must be latent yang"originates from a classical work,and modern Chinese medicine has applied it to the field of tumors,providing new ideas for the treatment of uterine fibroids.Based on this theory,this article elucidates that the formation of uterine fibroids is closely related to spleen kidney yang deficiency and intermingled phlegm and blood stasis.Accordingly,yang deficiency leads to poor qi flow,while the blockade of phlegm and blood stasis forms hard masses,and stagnated yang qi turns into heat over time,leading to latent yang ultimately.In terms of treatment,the paper proposes a comprehensive treatment method,with warming the spleen and kidney,resolving phlegm and blood stasis as the core,combined with clearing latent yang,to break the vicious cycle of"hard masses-latent yang".The study is aimed at providing reference for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of uterine fibroids.关键词
