Historical Excavation and Empirical Reflections on the Special Taiping Economic Construction Experimental Zone
摘要
Abstract
During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the Economic Construction Experimental Zone established by the Communist Party of China in Taiping Area,Lishui,constituted a comprehensive rural reform practice guided by the policy of the Anti-Japanese National United Front.Through initiatives such as agricultural production cooperation,construction of grassroots democratic regimes,innovation of joint-stock cooperatives,and popularization of cultural education,the Experimental Zone built an economic foundation for the rear areas supporting the war effort.The results of the study reveal that the zone integrated grassroots party organization construction,introduction of external capital,and united front strategies,forming a collaborative mechanism of"Party building leadership,mass mobilization and institutional innovation",which significantly enhanced rural productivity and organizational capacity.Its"people-oriented"development philosophy provided an effective paradigm for wartime economy.The experience of this Experimental Zone offers historical insights for improving modern rural governance systems,developing new-type collective economies,and cultivating rural civilization in the context of the current Rural Revitalization Strategy.关键词
