Coupling Coordination Between Recreational Development and Ecological Protection in Forest Parks in Zhejiang Province

Abstract
To explore the relationship between recreational development and ecological protection in forest parks,this paper takes forest parks in Zhejiang Province as the research object to quantitatively analyzes ecological footprint,ecological carrying capacity,and ecological deficit/surplus of tourism in forest parks,and constructs a coupling model connecting recreational development and ecological protection in forest parks.It studies the progress in recreational development and ecological protection in forest parks in Zhejiang Province from 2007 to 2020,and analyzes the interaction mechanism between them.The results show that in 2007-2020,the per capita ecological deficit of forest parks had gradually decreased in Zhejiang Province,and the overall coupling coordination degree between recreation development and ecological protection had improved,with mutual driving and influence increased.In this sense,forest parks had been under steady and positive development,and forest recreation in there showed a tendency of sustainability.Therefore,2 suggestions are proposed to enhance the coupling coordination between recreational development and ecological protection and achieve the sustainable development of forest parks:1)Strengthening investments to improve ecological environment in forest parks by increasing the afforested area;and 2)Strictly controlling the recreational scale and enhance the quality of forest park so as to improve the recreation experience in forest parks.关键词
