Exploring the treatment of stroke from the perspective of collateral diseases based on the"state-target syndrome differentiation and treatment"strategy
摘要
Abstract
This article explores the treatment of stroke from the perspective of collaterals based on the"state-target syndrome differentiation and treatment"strategy proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin.Accordingly,stroke is divided into three stages:the pre-stroke stage(stagnation state),the acute stage(blood stasis state),and the recovery and sequelae stage(damage state).Centering on collateral diseases of the vertex region,this paper proposes specific treatment methods for different stages of stroke,including the selection and modification of basic prescriptions.It also discusses the management of concurrent syndromes,as well as targeted drugs and formulas for symptoms and physicochemical indicators,aiming to promote the development of precise traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment for stroke.关键词
