基于态靶辨治理论探讨间质性肺疾病的诊疗策略
Diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for interstitial lung disease based on the system of state-target syndrome differentiation and treatment

Abstract
Interstitial lung disease(ILD)refers to a heterogeneous group of pulmonary disorders affecting the lung interstitium,characterized pathologically by fibrosis and inflammatory cell infiltration.Based on an understanding of the disease course and its core pathological changes,this study applies the theory of"state-target syndrome differentiation and treatment"to reconstruct the diagnostic and therapeutic framework for ILD,proposing a dynamic evolution model,which is divided into three distinct stages(states):the lung obstruction state(corresponding to the inflammatory phase),the lung atrophy state(corresponding to the fibrotic phase),and the respiratory collapse state(corresponding to the respiratory failure phase).Three core herbal prescriptions are summarized and refined,and syndrome differentiation within each state is performed to refine its treatment schemes.At the same time,a synergistic intervention strategy is established,targeting both symptom-targets(e.g.,dyspnea,cough,sputum)and biomarker-targets(e.g.,abnormalities on chest CT imaging),and key targeted herbs are identified.A multidimensional framework is proposed for interstitial lung disease,which integrates stage-based state identification,syndrome differentiation within each state and modulation of both states and targets,aimed at improving the precise diagnosis and treatment of difficult respiratory diseases.关键词
