不同修复方式及材料修复隐裂牙的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective:Observe the clinical effects of different materials and restoration forms in repairing cracked teeth.Methods:Totally 167 cracked molars were selected from the outpatient department of Stomatology of our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022.According to the different repair materials,they were divided into three groups:repaired with Vita Enamic onlay(64 molars),E-max onlay(51 molars),E-max crown(52 molars).The repair effect of the three groups was e-valuated at 1 and 2 years after operation.Results:There was no significant difference among the three groups at 1 year after operation(P＞0.05).At the 2-year follow-up,the integrity of the Vita Enamic onlay group of restorations was lower than that of E-max onlay and E-max crown group.The abrasion of opposide teeth in the E-max crown and E-max onlay groups were more significant than that in the Vita Enamic onlay group(P＜0.05),and the discomfort or worsening of bite pain in the E-max onlay group was more significant than that in the Vita Enamic onlay and E-max crown groups,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of cracked teeth,onlay restoration can also achieve successful treatment effect in a short period of time compared with E-max crown.Vita Enamic onlay has obvious advantages over E-max onlay in protecting the opposide teeth and cracked teeth.关键词
