Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of psychological intervention dominated by Maslow's hierarchy of needs in the perioperative period of temporomandibular arthroscopy. Methods:A total of 110 patients who underwent tem-poromandibular arthroscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected and divided into the control group(55 cases, given conventional nursing intervention)and the observation group(55 cases, given psychological in-tervention dominated by Maslow's hierarchy of needs)according to the random number table. The degree of pain, the maximum degree of painless opening, oral behavior, depression, anxiety, stress and self-care ability were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:After the intervention, the scores of pain degree, maximum painless opening degree, oral behavior, depression, anxiety, stress status,self-care skills,self-care responsibility awareness,self-care concept and health knowledge in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment.Among them, the improvement in the study group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological intervention dominated by Maslow's hierarchy of needs in temporomandibular arthroscopic surgery can relieve the pain degree of patients with tem-poromandibular joint disorders, increase the maximum painless opening degree, improve oral behavior, depression, anxiety and stress conditions, and enhance self-care ability.关键词
