全国名中医周铭心辨治儿童功能性便秘的临床经验
Professor Zhou Mingxin's clinical experience in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of functional constipation in children
摘要
Abstract
Professor Zhou Mingxin pays attention to working out the exact pathogenesis in his treatment of functional constipation in children with traditional Chinese medicine.He proposes that its core disease sites lie in the lungs and large intestines,and its pathogenesis features abnormal lung governing purification and descending,disordered conduction in the large intestines.He pays close attention to the main symptoms of this disease,differentiating and treating them from the lung and large intestines,and taking Xiangsu Chengqi Decoction as the basic prescription.The prescription can significantly perform the function of ventilating lung qi and improving diuresis,and it should be modified flexibly according to specific syndromes and be administered in an orderly manner.The experience can be used for reference in clinical treatment of functional constipation in children,and a case is attached to the paper for corroboration.关键词
