Abstract
To address the issue that weakly rotating munitions(such as mortar shells)cannot reliably use centrifugal force as an independent environmental cue for fuze arming during use,this paper utilizes the sharp,step-like change in magnetic field strength at the moment of muzzle exit as the key environmental signature to arm the fuze.An intelligent fuze safety and detonation control circuit system is designed.This system employs a modular architecture,integrating functional modules for muzzle-exit magnetic signal processing,electro-thermal and electro-magnetic actuation control,and sequential logic adjudication with initiation management.The core controller uses an FPGA to implement the sequential logic control.By in-corporating a magnetic sensor and a multi-scale step-change detection algorithm,it ensures the reliable i-dentification of the key magnetic signature within complex electromagnetic environments.Concurrently,e-lectro-thermal and electro-magnetic actuation circuits are designed to achieve multi-stage arming con-trol.Furthermore,a low-power,highly integrated initiation circuit is used to verify detonation signals for various modes(impact,proximity,and delay).关键词
