深入推进农民工返乡创业与乡村产业振兴互促联动
Advancing Mutual Reforcement between Return Migrant Entrepreneurship and Rural Industrial Revitalization
摘要
Abstract
The return of migrant workers to start businesses in their hometowns can effectively boost the revitalization of rural industrial revitalization,and the rural industrial revitalization can attract more migrant workers to return and start businesses.There is a mutually reinforcing and interactive relationship between the two.Four typical demonstration counties for migrant workers'return to start businesses in Henan Province have adopted mutually promoting and interactive development models based on local conditions,including the integration of agriculture and tourism,the boost from e-commerce platforms,the full-chain transformation and upgrading,and the coordinated and integrated development.The results have been remarkable.The findings are:differentiated industrial development models should be adopted based on different resource endowments,policy designs should be continuously improved,policy support should be increased,the business environment should be optimized,infrastructure construction should be strengthened,and talent teams should be cultivated,so as to achieve effective connection,deep integration,positive interaction and coordinated advancement between migrant workers'return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and rural industrial revitalization.关键词
