河南省农村跨境电商数智化发展研究
Research on the Digital and Intelligent Development of Rural Cross-border E-commerce in Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
As a major agricultural province and a hub for Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zones,Henan Province provides a strategic context where the digital-intelligent development of rural cross-border e-commerce facilitates agricultural product internationalization and enhances farmer income.The policy architecture for digital-intelligent cross-border e-commerce development in Henan Province has progressively matured,evidenced by industrial expansion and enhanced platform collaboration.However,there are still problems such as urban-rural differences in the construction of digital and intelligent infrastructure,structural shortages in the supply of digital and intelligent talents,low levels of digital and intelligent supply chains,and insufficient effectiveness of policy implementation.To this end,efforts should be made to upgrade infrastructure and lay a solid foundation for digital and intelligent development,such as building a talent cultivation system and strengthen digital and intelligent intellectual support,promoting the reconstruction of the supply chain and enhance the digital and intelligent efficiency of the entire chain,strengthening the precise empowerment of policies,improving the digital and intelligent guarantee system,and providing reference for the innovative development of rural cross-border e-commerce in Henan Province.关键词
