Abstract
Party organizations at the primary level in rural areas are the key to leading the rural industrial revitalization.In the practical of promoting the rural industrial revitalization,Shuiyuzui Village in Mentougou District,Beijing,has formed a triple mechanism led by Party building,namely the Party building guidance mechanism,the Party building guarantee mechanism and the Party building cohesion mechanism.The former ensures that therural industrial revitalization develops in the right direction by strengthening the leading core position of Party organizations at the primary level.The latter two,by giving full play to the"leading goose"effect of cadres and activating the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members,forge a talent team for rural industrial revitalization and gather the synergy for rural industrial revitalization.The triple mechanism of Party building leadership explains the entire process and inherent logic of the Party organizations'powerful leadership at the primary level,proactive construction and effective governance in promoting the rural industrial revitalization.关键词
