摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a Discharge Readiness Assessment Scale for patients after surgery for lumbar degenerative diseases and test its reliability, validity, and cross-gender measurement invariance. Methods Based on the conceptual model of discharge readiness, the initial scale was developed through literature review,semi-structured interviews,Delphi expert consultation, and a pilot survey.A convenience sample of 452 patients after surgery for lumbar degenerative diseases after surgery was selected between Octo-ber 2024 and March 2025 to test the scale's reliability, validity, and cross-gender measurement invariance. Results The Discharge Readiness Assessment Scale for patients after surgery for lumbar degenerative diseases consisted of 4 dimensions and 26 items. The to-tal Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.942,and the half-folded reliability 0.815.Four common factors were extracted by explor-atory factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 66.188%.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good fit for the first-order four-factor model.Convergent validity and discriminant validity both reached good standards. The scale-level content validity index was 0.968,and the item-level content validity indices ranged from 0.833 to 1.000.The scale demonstrated cross-gender measurement invariance in equivalence testing(P>0.05).Conclusion The developed Discharge Readiness Assessment Scale for pa-tients after surgery for lumbar degenerative diseases exhibits good reliability, validity, and cross-gender measurement invariance, and can be used as a targeted assessment tool for this group of population.关键词
