基于3D打印模型的可视化教学在腹膜透析护理临床教学中的应用
Application of visualized teaching based on 3D-printed model in clinical teaching for peritoneal dialysis care

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of 3D-printed-model-based visualized teaching in clinical teaching for peri-toneal dialysis care.Methods Forty-eight nursing students in nephrology department between November 2023 and January 2025 were selected and divided into a control group(with conventional teaching)and an intervention group(with 3D-printed-model-based visualized teaching).Post-training assessments of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,clinical reasoning and reflection abili-ties,and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The intervention group achieved significantly higher scores when compared to the control group in theoretical assessments of complication management(88.75±3.38)vs.(71.46±3.12),peritoneal dialysis operational skills(91.58±3.11)vs.(87.83±2.85),and clinical reasoning and reflection(96.67±2.50)vs.(90.50±4.01)(P<0.05).The intervention group scored significantly higher than the control group in terms of teaching content,teaching methods,course arrangement,teaching resources,and overall satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3D-printed-model-based visualized teaching model effectively enhances nursing students'knowledge of peritoneal dialysis complications and operational proficiency,stim-ulates clinical reasoning and reflection,and promote teaching satisfaction.This approach provides valuable insights for innovating clini-cal nursing education.关键词
