Role of internet decision support tools in advance care planning:a scoping review
摘要
Abstract
Objective To conduct a scoping review on the application of Internet decision support tools in advance care planning(ACP).Methods We systematically serached PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP,with a retrieval time spanning from the inception of the databases to February 2025.The included literature was screened and summarized.Results A total of 33 articles were collected,including 15 Internet tools.Internet ACP tools demonstrated functional advantages of strong accessibility,two-way interaction design,aging-friendly and barrier-free design.The content elements included ACP knowledge popularization,value clarification,medical preference and goal establishment,medical agent decision maker establish-ment,pre-established medical document generation and storage,and ACP communication skills training.The application effect indica-tors included process indicators,behavior indicators,care outcome indicators and feasibility evaluation.Conclusion Internet deci-sion support tools show effectiveness and feasibility in ACP.In the future,scientific and localized Internet ACP tools and appropriate Internet ACP application strategies are beneficial for providing high-quality decision support for clinical practice.关键词
