Abstract
Personnel archives are an important part of national archives and serve as a key basis for identifying,selecting,and appointing talents.Against the backdrop of advancing the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural country,agricultural research institutes,as the core force in agricultural technological innovation,have seen the development of their cadre and talent teams become particularly crucial.From the perspective of a personnel archive management professional,this paper elaborated on the significant significance of effective personnel archive management in agricultural research institutes for the selection,introduction,and cultivation of cadres and talents,the formulation of management decisions,the inheritance of scientific research context,and the protection of individual rights and interests.And it analyzed the existing problems in current personnel archive management,then put forward improvement suggestions,including raising attention levels,establishing and improving personnel archive management systems,strengthening the building of the personnel archive management team,exploring the digitalization of archives,and promoting the in-depth application of personnel archive information in the evaluation of scientific research talents.The purpose is to provide theoretical references and practical paths for agricultural research institutes in the new era to improve their personnel archive management capabilities and better serve the strategies of technological innovation and building a strong agricultural country.关键词
