乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿自我管理干预研究的范围综述
Self-management intervention for breast cancerrelated lymphedema:a scoping review

Abstract
Objective To explore the theoretical basis,intervention strategies,and outcomes of self-management interventions for breast cancer-related lymphedema(BCRL).Methods Ten Chinese and English databases were systematically searched,including the Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,PsycINFO,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and Sinomed,with a retrieval time spanning from the inception to June 4,2025.Data extraction and analysis were conducted on the included literature.Results Six-nine studies were included,with 23 focusing on theoretical frameworks.Intervention strategies varied widely but commonly involved five elements:goal setting,knowledge education,skill training,psychosocial support,and assessment and feedback.These interven-tions effectively improved self-management among BCRL patients,though clinical outcomes such as symptom reduction varied across studies.Conclusion Self-management interventions for BCRL are diverse but often lack clear theoretical guidance.While they gen-erally enhance patient self-management behaviors,their clinical effectiveness remains inconsistent.Future studies should adopt theo-ry-driven approaches to optimize intervention design and facilitate broader clinical application.关键词
