政策视角下我国安宁疗护服务模式分析:范围综述
Palliative care mode in China from the perspective of policy:a scoping review
摘要
Abstract
Objective To examine palliative care policies and clarify the existing model of palliative service in China.Methods A systematic search was conducted for literature in PubMed,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang,Peking University Legal Information Database,local standard information service platforms and government websites,and 41 palliative care-related policies across 23 regions in China were reviewed.Results Currently,palliative care in China primarily serves end-of-life patients and their families,encompassing outpatient,inpatient,community/institution-based,and home services,focusing on symptom control,comfort care,psychological support and humanistic care.Conclusion Palliative care in China has become increas-ingly diversified in form,yet it faces several challenges including non-uniform standards,regional imbalances,inadequate home-and community-based services,and limited social participation.Sustainable development requires enhanced policy refinement,disciplines construction,and public education initiatives.关键词
