Driving Mechanism of Comprehensively Deepening the Reform
摘要
Abstract
The realization of Chinese modernization necessitates the sustained advancement and comprehensive deep-ening of reform.The construction of the reform driving mechanism framework can be grasped through three interrelated di-mensions:need-based incentive,value-oriented guidance,and the proactive role of reform agents.The need-based incen-tive mechanism is reflected in the strategic imperatives of Chinese modernization,the modernization of national gover-nance,and the high-quality development.The value-oriented guidance mechanism emphasizes the unwavering commit-ment to the socialist path,adherence to a people-centered stance,and the pursuit of fairness and justice.The proactive role of reform agents requires the leadership of the CPC as the central driving force,and recognizes the people as the main driving force.The synergy among these three dimensions constitutes a comprehensive and systematic dynamic mecha-nism for deepening reform,offering both theoretical foundation and practical guidance for comprehensively deepening the reform in the new era.关键词
