农业科研单位廉洁文化建设的问题检视与优化对策
THE PROBLEM EXAMINATION AND IMPROVEMENT STRATEGIES OF STRENGTHENING INTEGRITY CULTURE CONSTRUCTION IN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTES

Abstract
Building a culture of integrity is a foundational project for exercising full and rigorous Party self-gover-nance in the new era,and also a crucial measure for advancing the modernization of rural governance systems and capabilities.With the deepening implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the role of agricultural research institutes in developing new productive forces in agriculture and accelerating agricultural modernization has become increasingly prominent.Their integrity directly impacts the effective allocation of scientific and technological inno-vation resources,the protection and utilization of intellectual property rights,and the conduct and image of research personnel.This research analyzed the practical significance of strengthening integrity culture development in agri-cultural research institutes,and identified key existing issues,such as deviations in ideological understanding,im-perfect institutional frameworks,insufficiently targeted educational formats and content,inadequate enforcement of supervision,discipline,and accountability,and a still-weak cultural atmosphere.And finally,it proposed targeted optimization strategies across top-level design,educational guidance,prevention mechanisms,oversight and disci-pline enforcement,and cultural atmosphere cultivation.These recommendations aim to provide practical guidance for fostering a clean,upright,and innovation-driven environment within agricultural research.关键词
